![]() The business side didn’t really interest me as much but it was okay. ![]() I did enjoy reading her life story and how she got to this point. I do think she wasn’t truthful at times and definitely exaggerated a lot of stuff. She constantly explains how she only did something because she was brainwashed, and because she was used to being in control by men. I feel like she blames everything on her “fundamentalist” community/upbringing. It’s unfair to quote a random passage in the Talmud and base it as a belief. This is exactly what the Talmud is, a bunch of Rabbi’s sharing their opinion on something. If you were to put 100 people in a room and record what everyone had to say about a topic, you’d end up with a bunch of different opinions even one or two extreme ones. What she fails to describe is that the Talmud isn’t a book of laws, it’s a discussion between hundreds of Rabbi’s. In the beginning of the book she mostly uses sources from the Talmud to show how fundamental Judaism is. The Hebrew words, the customs, and the difference between different types of religious Jews can be confusing even to other Jews. Honestly, although this book is meant for the “outside world”, there’s still a lot in here that I think would confuse a lot of outsiders. The book starts off with her childhood and goes into her adult years as a religious woman. I’m from the community she used to be a part of, so I may be a bit biased. ![]()

Under normal circumstances, one round of Euchre should take approximately half an hour or less to complete. If a team scores ten points first in a round, that team wins the game. The goal of the game is to win the trick by playing the high card in each round, and to win more tricks than the other team. How To Play EuchreĮuchre is a very social game considered to belong to the “trick-taking” genre, along with hearts and spades. Keep reading to learn what you need to know about this classic card game that’s been passed down for generations by Euchre lovers all over the world, and why it’s an enjoyable pastime, perfect for playing with family and friends. Whether you’re not familiar with the game or are a seasoned expert, this ultimate guide to Euchre will explain everything you need to know about the game-including its history and background, how to play Euchre, important variations to the rules, and more. This social aspect of the game, perhaps, is part of the reason why Euchre is more likely to be played in quaint, small-town bars and tournaments at pubs and taverns, local community gatherings, and small, intimate kitchen table get-togethers amongst friends. Unlike other popular card games where individual players compete against each other to win, euchre is a team sport that focuses more on interpersonal communication and social strategies, skills which may be found lacking in a typical game of poker. If you’ve never heard of the game before, you might be surprised to learn that Euchre is one of the world’s oldest and most popular card games with roots dating back to 18th century Europe. ![]() ![]() ![]() The Fire HD is 10.1 inches and weighs 16.4 ounces, whereas the Fire Max 11 is 11 inches and weighs 17.28 ounces. Now, I wouldn’t say it’s the best pen, as it can mess up words and symbols if you don’t write clearly. The pen makes it easy to jot down notes, press on specific links and overall glide through the tablet. A downside I mentioned in my review of the Fire HD 10 was that I wanted accessories that could enhance my productivity. There’s also the addition of the stylus pen. It’s a nice touch (pun intended) to get to the homepage, since I’m accustomed to doing it with my computer and phone. New features on the Fire Max 11 include the ability to use your fingerprint to unlock the device. Aside from downloads, the loading time while watching TV shows or searching on the web was smoother. With the older model, I had to individually find and download each application. When I was setting up the device, I was able to download all the apps I wanted in one go. When it comes to efficiency, the Fire Max 11 is quicker. It’s not a huge difference, but looking at both tablets side by side, the newer version is crisper and clearer. When comparing the cameras and videos, the Fire Max 11 is bigger and brighter. It has mostly the same functions as the older model with slight changes in its display, efficiency and accessories. It’s wider and taller than the Fire HD 10, but still felt light in my hand. The first difference I noticed with the Fire Max 11 was the size. If you’re looking for more productivity apps, you can access Zoom, Microsoft Office, Dropbox and OneNote, too. Speaking of apps, you can download your favorites like Netflix, Hulu, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. The only downside is it doesn’t work on every app (it gives an error message when you attempt certain applications), so keep that in mind. Although the tablet doesn’t compare to a big screen, I still appreciate being able to see everything, especially on-the-go. Since working from home, I’ve relied heavily on a monitor and computer combo, so I can see all of my work side by side. One of my favorite features is the split screen option. I’m able to slip it into my bag without it feeling like a million pounds of excess weight. The size also plays a big factor, as it’s 10.1 inches while also being pretty light and thin in my hands. It has a 1080p HD display, so images and videos are clear and crisp. Compared to older models, the Fire HD 10’s high resolution hits it out of the park. I actually reviewed this device back in 2022, and the benefits still hold true today. ![]() ![]() ![]() Up first is the famous Pikachu holding the poké ball. Autofilling gives you speed, accuracy, and improved security. That’s why you should autofill your passwords with a password manager. Check out the video below to see how LastPass will support saving, accessing, and sharing passkeys.Remembering passwords is a pain, but so is typing them. Storage and use of a passkey to log into sites in your vault will closely mirror the login experience of using a password – but what is happening in the background is much more secure. How do passkeys work with your LastPass vault? When you set up a passkey to access a website, the typical password authentication mechanism is replaced with the cryptographic key pair, meaning there is truly no password involved, even in the backend. If the relying party website is breached, for example, there is no risk of stolen data since the website only stores the public key. Both keys are needed to authenticate, meaning that without physical access to the end-user device, access to a passkey-protected account is impossible. Technically speaking, a passkey is a cryptographic key pair consisting of one public key (shared with the relying party website) and one private key (stored only on the end-user device) to authenticate the user and login. And, unlike passwords, passkeys are easy to use, and always strong and phishing resistant. ![]() ![]() Simply put: A passkey is a login method that completely eliminates the need for a password. ![]() Let’s dive into what a passkey is and how LastPass will support them later this year as we continue to evolve from passwords to passwordless.
